This is undoubtedly one of the most typical sights of Mogán. The largest fishing port in Gran Canaria is a hive of activity, of boats fishing and of authentic seafaring life. The port has 35 boats, 32 shipowners, 30 skippers and up to 60 sailors, a figure that can increase to 200 during the tuna harvest. A great example of the great fishing tradition of Mogán and also one of the best places to try the delicacies that the sea gives us, in its fishmonger’s and restaurants.
